If you are approved for car title loans, you will be required to leave a set of keys along with your vehicle title.
All vehicles must be registered in the state of South Dakota under your name or spouse with no liens on the title. If the vehicle is registered under your spouses name but you are taking the loan out, your spouse will be required to sign a "right to obtain debt" form that will allow their collateral to be used for your car title loans.
The vehicles must remain in working condition and in your procession the entire duration of the loan. It is a felony to knowingly dispose of or sell a vehicle with out notifying the lien holder.
